Overview
The Sumitomo High Feed Mill is a high-productivity high-feed cutter for rough milling, using a stable double-sided insert with 4 (LNMU) or 6 (WNMU) cutting edges. Its arc-shaped cutting edge reduces cutting force to a minimum, delivering an ultra-high metal removal rate and high economic efficiency at a maximum feed rate per tooth of 3.5mm/t. A DMSL type with a smaller diameter range is also available. High Feed Mill is offered as a catalog-mode, enquiry-based family product.
